REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

My details store adopts the exchange and return policy in accordance with the new consumer protection law promulgated by Law No. 181 of 2018.
We present this as follows: –
First: Replacement and return within the 14-day period from the date of receiving the item without reason. Please review the shipping policy
The consumer has the right to replace or return the commodity with a refund of its cash value, and he is obligated to submit the purchase invoice without giving any reasons and without incurring any expenses within fourteen days of receiving it – the customer is obligated to any additional expenses such as transportation and so on in the event that a representative is sent by us to replace or retrieve the product from client side.

Exceptionally,
The consumer may not directly have the right to exchange or return in the following cases:

  1. If the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the way it is packaged or wrapped, prevents its replacement or return, or if it is impossible to return it to the condition it was in upon receipt.
  2. If the commodity is not in the same original condition as it was at the time of sale for a reason attributed to the consumer.
  3. Products manufactured upon request in the event of a change of opinion on the product.
  4. Products with a defect identified as misuse.
  5. Products considered for personal use, such as mattresses, pillows, etc.
  6. Clothes and sportswear if their covers have been removed.

Home, kitchen and furniture

Cabinets, drawers, shelves, home decoration, lighting, sofas, beds, mattresses, cookware, appliances, blenders, grinders, cooking supplies, office furniture, office products, office supplies, etc.

  • These products are eligible to be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery In the rare case of a damaged, defective or different product being delivered, you can also choose a free replacement (if available).
  • Please keep the product in its original condition, with the brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and original accessories in the manufacturer’s packaging to successfully receive your return.
  • For defects identified outside the 14-day return period, you can also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty as described on the product detail page.

Household Items

Household items:

Laundry products (detergents and fabric softeners), household cleaners (toilet cleaners, floor cleaners, hand lotions, wipes), air fresheners (air freshener sprays and gels), etc.

Family feeding:

(baby food, health drinks for babies and children, mineral and vitamin supplements), bath and shower products.

  • These products are non-returnable due to the consumer nature of the product. However, in the rare event that a damaged, defective or different product is delivered to you, we will issue a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
  • We may contact you to confirm damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/exchange.

Personal care and household items

Oral care (toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc.)
Feminine hygiene (pads, panty liners, menstrual cups, etc.)
Shaving and hair removal supplies (men’s razors – razors, shaving foam, brushes, etc.)
Beard care for men (beard oil, beard serum, etc.)
Hair removal for women (wax strips, creams, razors, etc.)
Hair care (coloring and styling)

  • These products are non-returnable due to the consumer nature of the product. However, in the rare event that a damaged, defective or different product is delivered to you, we will issue a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
  • We may contact you to confirm damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/exchange.

Cosmetic products

  • These products are eligible to be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. In the rare event of a damaged, defective or different product being delivered, you can also choose a free replacement (if available)
  • Please keep the product in its original condition, with the brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and original accessories in the manufacturer’s packaging to successfully receive your return.

Dangerous Materials

* Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, are returnable to my details provided they are sealed and in their original condition. You must print the hazardous materials label to return hazardous materials.

For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned, but can only be refunded in certain cases according to our refund policy:

  • Swimwear
  • Underpants
  • Fake hair
  • Socks
  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Costumes for adults

However, in the rare event that a damaged, defective or different product is delivered to you, you can reach out to us for a solution

Second: Replacement or refund of defective goods within 30 days from the date of receipt

After presenting the purchase invoice, the consumer has the right, within thirty days of receiving the commodity, to replace it or return it with a refund of its monetary value if it is defective.
In these cases, the consumer must resort to the supplier (the seller, the distributor company, or the guarantor company) and clarify the defect.

In these cases, the supplier is obligated, based on the consumer’s request, to replace or recover the commodity with a refund of its value without any additional cost to the consumer within a week from the date the consumer resorted to it, and the refund of the paid amount shall be in the same way as the purchase.
In the event of a dispute about a defect in the commodity, the consumer has the right to file a complaint with the agency, which in turn examines and investigates the complaint, communicates with the supplier, and issues a binding decision in this regard.
